R.A.I.N. - Roof Asset Information Network
R.A.I.N. is a database of roof and wall conditions. Every change of plains, flashing termination
and membrane imperfection is catalogued for tracking and planning. Work orders, infrared findings,
photographs, CAD drawings and even warranty information are stored in this easy-to-use tool for asset
planning and maintenance. Nothing exploits your buildings waterproofing weaknesses like R.A.I.N.

Infrared Thermography
Infrared has become a widely-used tool for seeing that which our eyes can not. Our state-of-the-art
equipment can actually measure temperature of objects at a distance. We can see wet insulation
in roof membranes or overheated mechanical bearings before they fail. We can see electrical transformers
that are running hot, or building heat loss through single pane windows. Infrared can help you
save thousands through our predictive maintenance programs. Sometimes "Thinking Green"
can simply mean doing our part to conserve resources. Knowing what is being wasted is the start.

Leak Response
Not only will we repair your leak, we’ll send a quality control representative out
to double-check our work the very next day. You will receive a before and after photograph of our
work prior to receiving an invoice. By water testing our work to recreate the leak before making
a repair, you can rest assured the job will be done correctly. No more waiting until the next rain
